Quality and Process
To ensure quality throughout the process, we prepare technical drawings and work descriptions for contractors. Our experienced project managers follow up with all parties involved and ensure that everything arrives on time.
Once the product is safely delivered, we quality-check the delivery and ensure that detailed O&M documentation (Operations, Maintenance and Service) is prepared. This serves as the “user manual” for the furniture and ensures guaranteed quality over time.

Safety and Construction Requirements
Norco Hospitality is registered with StartBANK – a shared supplier registry established by the construction industry to ensure fair competition and prevent unqualified operators.
Prior to a new project, Norco Hospitality prequalifies all subcontractors, who must meet the requirements set by StartBANK.

Sustainability
Active environmental awareness and continuous improvement guide Norco Hospitality’s operations. Existing environmental legislation and regulations are regarded as minimum requirements, and the purpose of our environmental management system is to further reduce environmental impact.
