Norco Hospitality AS becomes part of Norco Interior Group

Norco Interior Group, a leading provider of tailor-made retail interior concepts, has entered into an agreement to acquire the Norwegian company Norco Hospitality AS. Norco Hospitality specializes in concept development and interior solutions for the hotel segment and has more than 35 years of experience in the industry. The company will continue to operate under the Norco Hospitality brand, and current owners Marianne Wang Polden and Harry Rønneberg will remain with the company in their current operational roles.

The acquisition will strengthen Norco Interior Group’s position in the Nordic markets by expanding its HoReCa offering (hotels, restaurants, and cafés). Norco Hospitality sees significant growth potential in the coming years, and with access to Norco Interior’s in-house production capabilities, the company will be able to further improve delivery precision and quality assurance for its customers.

“We are very pleased to become part of Norco Interior Group, and we look forward to leveraging Norco Interior’s production capacity and expertise to further strengthen our offering.”

says Marianne Wang Polden, Managing Director of Norco Hospitality.
