Comfort Hotel Runway was designed by Kristiansen og Bernhard Arkitekter and completed in 2010. The hotel is located in immediate proximity to Oslo Gardermoen Airport and comprises 303 rooms across four floors. Runway also features a generous conference area with capacity for well over 700 participants.

The most recent renovation was completed in 2025.

The project was carried out in collaboration with interior architect Nina Haeg.
